The Return of the Prom King - Part II

Well, here's the rest of the story. Contained in here is what can be considered the greatest accomplishment of my entire high school career, coolness-wise. Enjoy.

Off to the Bell! When we got to the Bell, I taped a printed out "Limozeen" logo on both front doors of the Mateskobule and wore a sombrero inside. The Taco Bell employees asked if we were going to prom and heck yeah we were! We sat around for about fifteen minutes waiting for everyone else to show up. Soon enough the lunch gang came (Paul, Alan, and Chris [who isn't actually lunch crew but OK]) and then Bobby and Ryan showed up in tuxes with girls (who were not invited) because they were going to a movie or something. So we ate and my total was $5.57 (for Kristi and myself). Did you know that Taco Bell had a chili-cheese burrito? Chris did. Chris was calling everyone a jerk then everyone called him a jerk.

Around 7 PM everyone left and Kristi and I realized we still had thirty minutes to kill. So in keeping with tradition, we went somewhere random: Winn-Dixie. Kristi and I went down all the cool aisles and discussed our favorite cereals. We watched part of some movie on a TV then left.

Parking was free this year! We went in to prom but no one was there yet, so we sat around. Then, people showed up and Kristi revealed her inherent knowledge of rapsong lyrics. I did the Chick-fil-A and my own personal Tito dance (that's when you bend your knees on the beat). Then it was SGA time! I tripped up the stairs to the stage and was then propelled into prom kingdom by Dr. Davidson. That's right: I am prom king. The queen and I danced and she told me all about how she'd ripped her dress and her car blew up that day. Then we realized that no one was watching any more, so we came down off our collective high horse and I let EVERYONE wear the pimp crown. Lots of good pictures and congratulations went around and I thought I was pretty tired of the whole ordeal already (I was).

Then we stood around until 11:15 PM and went out to the parking lot to go home to change. But before we left, we ran into Robert, Wes, and the Harris in the parking lot waiting to make fun of kids. Robert wouldn't let Harris wear the pimp crown even though Harris wanted to. I had to give them a ride to the post office, and boy, was it crowded in the back.

I was so tired but we went to prom breakfast at church anyway. I changed into my awesome rental tux shirt that I should have worn to prom but didn't. Ted is a ninja! We saw him multiple times but he always disappeared before we could get his attention. Then we went to Geoff's aunt's house and played some Halo. Around 3 AM we got home and went to sleep.

A few hours later, at 8:30 AM, I woke up and left for the airport at 9:30 AM. Kristi checked her bag and I told her goodbye after one last hug. Then I realized I had enough time to get home, change, and get to church to sing in choir. And why not? I'd been running on little sleep for a while, then.

And now, a "Quick Summary of What Happened"...
1. Total cost: $5.57, plus gas money which was probably another $5.00 with all the stinking gas it takes to get to town and back twice
2. Prom is a waste of time and money but still awesome if you work hard enough at it.
3. If you know how to manipulate the votes of the masses you get to dance on stage with a hot girl in front of a bunch of people and you also get to take home a pimp crown.
With that, I'm out.

Tito Crack, the Mack Attack

P.S. Special thanks to all my supporters, and anyone who did or would have voted for me to be Rex Promenadus.
P.S.S. Here's your update, Daniel and Fattell. Neh.

Somehow skipped the first part? Here it is!
