This shirt represents a purer form of the weirdness found in the Elba and Edna T-shirt. First off, the military, M*A*S*H-type font used is an odd choice. Perhaps Tim is in the military? Second off, the phrase "and doing better than he deserves" is a weird enough addition to a 50th birthday tee. But to place "better than he deserves" in quotation marks makes it even crazier. I can just see one of Tim's friends giving a speech at the party and using the little hand gestures for the quote marks when he said that phrase.

This is another shirt that I can't find documentation for. Whoever he is, Tim is awesome.

Discovery! I wore this shirt to my sophomore world literature class, and a guy who lives near the school I attend told me he had personally met Tim. Apparently, when asked how he is doing, Tim always answers, "Better than I deserve." What a great guy!
