When I first bought this shirt, I just thought "Tillamook" was a fun word to say. Then, I looked it up online and discovered that it's a cheese company in Oregon. They've been making cheese and other dairy products since 1909. Their website is surprisingly well-developed. There, you can learn how they make their cheese from the comfort of your computer chair. If you're really bored, you can watch their factory and visitor's center on a webcam which updates every fifteen minutes. Maybe something interesting will happen, but I doubt it.
