So I was scanning in the image of this shirt, when my roommate looks over my shoulder and sees the picture on my laptop screen. Turns out, he's been to the Point. He says it's the intersection of the Ohio and Alleghany rivers. They connect to turn into another river, a bigger one. If I weren't a lazy college student, I just might look up which river that is. But I am a lazy college student, so I'm not going to. Now, who the woman is; that's the real mystery. Maybe she's just some random person they found on the street when they were making this shirt. Or maybe she's famous. All I can say is that I would probably not meet her at the Point.
