This shirt has taken on a meaning all of its own. The Refuse to Lose shirt boosts my ultimate Frisbee abilities tenfold, and my current record while wearing it is 4-1. Another interpretation is that this shirt, especially the slogan on the back (see the picture on the right), refers to the recent streak of success my college's football team has had against its rival. If we beat In-state Rival this November, our head coach will be the first in school history to do it five times in a row. Go team!

The other way to interpret it is that refuse refers to trash. I guess whoever owned this shirt may have had a bunch of trash lying around, so much that they had refuse to lose.
