Ironically enough, I'm actually wearing this shirt as I write this review. Norfolk State University, as it turns out, is a historically black university in Norfolk, Virginia. I wore this shirt in my house one day, and my dad remarked that he had been to Norfolk State. Man. Actually knowing about a shirt makes the review worse in some cases rather than better. I'll just act like I don't know where this shirt originated. Oh, I know! Norfolk is the top-secret fifty-first state of the Union and is located somewhere in the middle of Rhode Island! This is the University established for Norfolk's two inhabitants! Wow, that was terrible.
