NCRH is a great T-shirt because of all the possible acronyms that you could come up with for it. For example, "Nobody Cares, Ron Howard!" or "Naughty Children Raise Hell". My brother suggested "Never Could Read Hebrew", which I thought was particularly funny. My guess is that it originally stood for the initials of a hospital's name, since few other acronyms end in the letter H. Maybe the hospital was called the "New Cures Research Hospital". I definitely wouldn't want to be a patient there.
