Multiple people throughout my life have told me that these are the three most important factors in real estate and business. Personally, I've always thought this was a really silly phrase. "Location, location, location!" Yeah, we get it. Just like we got it the first two times you said it. Say it a third time, will you? Then it shall have been explained with more clarity.
