I am still fully convinced that the chihuahua on this shirt is from that old Taco Bell advertising campaign, but most everyone I've showed it to disagrees. So what if there is no reference to Taco Bell on the shirt or the tag inside. A guy can dream, can't he? Why else would it be a chihuahua speaking Spanish?
