"One can never consent to creep when one feels the impulse to soar."

I hate it when I'm in the hallways surrounded with people who are walking half as fast as I want to. I always feel like shoving past them and screaming my head off if they don't move out of my way.

It's the same as in the saying. When you want to soar you can't stand being forced to comform to everyone elses crawl. Overachievers often find themselves held back by the students who lag behind because of their own lazyness. Kids like that should be able to enter classes of higher grades in order to increase the level of learning.

I wish the hallways were bigger in life. that way people could move through it at their own pace.
